AI that ships
and holds up.

Not demos. Not decks. Working AI systems in production: automations that erase busywork, knowledge systems that answer from your data, and agents that get real tasks done safely.

SEC. 01 THE BRIEF

The outcome: work that used to consume your team’s week now happens in minutes: accurately, with oversight, inside the tools you already use.

There’s a canyon between an impressive AI demo and a system your business trusts on a Tuesday morning. Demos are easy; production is engineering. We build the production kind: scoped to a real problem, grounded in your data, wrapped in guardrails, and measured by a number someone in your company already cares about: hours saved, leads answered, backlog gone.

Where does AI actually pay off first?

Almost never where the hype points. The best first project is usually a high-volume, rule-following task your team does by hand: triaging inquiries, extracting data from documents, answering the same fifty questions from a policy binder, summarizing what changed. These wins are quick, measurable, and politically easy, and they fund the more ambitious systems: knowledge assistants your whole company queries, AI agents that complete multi-step workflows, automations that connect systems that never talked before.

What makes an AI system trustworthy enough for production?

Three disciplines. Grounding: answers come from your data via retrieval, with sources shown, so the system says “I don’t know” instead of inventing. Guardrails: structured outputs, permission boundaries, and human approval on anything with consequences. Observability: logs and monitoring so you know what the system did and why, not just that it did something. Skip any of the three and you have a demo wearing a production costume.

Why build with an agency instead of a pure AI shop?

Because AI systems don’t float in space; they live inside websites, intake flows, CRMs, and customer experiences. We build the web layer and the AI layer as one system, which means no integration finger-pointing and no chatbot bolted awkwardly onto a site that can’t support it. Strategy-first teams start with AI consulting; builders start here.

SEC. 02 THE DELIVERABLES

What you walk away with.

  • A production AI system solving a specific, named business problem
  • RAG and knowledge systems grounded in your data: answers with sources, not guesses
  • Automations with human oversight where the stakes require it
  • Integrations into the tools you already run: CRM, intake, docs, ops
  • Monitoring, guardrails, and documentation, because production is the point
SEC. 03 FIELD QUESTIONS

Questions from the field.

What can AI development actually do for a business like ours?

The reliable wins are unglamorous and valuable: intake that triages itself, documents that answer questions instead of burying them, support that drafts accurate replies from your real policies, data extraction that used to eat afternoons. The pattern is the same: take a high-volume task that follows rules, and give the humans their hours back.

How do you keep AI systems from making things up?

Grounding and guardrails. Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) forces the system to answer from your actual documents and data rather than its imagination, structured outputs constrain what it can say, and human-approval steps gate anything consequential. Where 100% accuracy is mandatory and verification isn't possible, we'll tell you AI is the wrong tool. That honesty is part of the service.

Do we need our data cleaned up before starting?

No. Preparing your data is part of the work, not a prerequisite. Most useful business knowledge lives in messy docs, PDFs, and inboxes; turning that into something an AI system can use reliably is exactly what the build includes.

Which AI models do you build with?

The right one for the job. We work with leading commercial models like Claude and GPT as well as open-source options, chosen per use case for capability, cost, and privacy. Privacy-sensitive workloads can run through privacy-conscious vendors or private deployments. You're never locked to a single provider's fate.
